Data deletion

Disconnect an account in Connections to stop its automation and remove local credentials. Revoke access in the native platform as well. To delete your MangoChat account, open Settings, type your workspace name and confirm deletion.

Sending stops immediately. Operational data is removed within 30 days, and expired backup copies age out under the backup schedule. Mandatory accounting records remain separate. Cancellation alone preserves your workspace on Free. For a platform-related deletion request, use the published support contact.
