Refunds and cancellation

A voluntary refund is available within 14 days of the first monthly or annual subscription payment. Routine renewals do not receive a voluntary refund. Statutory withdrawal and remedy rights, billing-error corrections and applicable consumer protections remain unaffected.

Pack and add-on refund terms must be finalized before these purchases are enabled. Request subscription support through the published contact. Cancel renewal from Billing; cancellation does not delete your workspace.
