What counts as a DM?
Each confirmed outgoing message counts once. Failed attempts and duplicates do not count. Uncertain outcomes keep their reservation.
How can I pause?
Disable a campaign or pause a contact in Conversations. STOP requests are handled before keyword rules.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in your workspace. Cancellation stops renewal and does not delete your account.
